Ballhead and QR plates

hi,

i am using manfrotto Rc2 - 486rc2 and 234rc2 system and the 200pl-14 quick release plate does not do a good job holding my 80-200mm. anyone using any QR plate that doesnt give and creeping??

i am thinking of BH55 or BH40 then i realized it costs a bomb. anyone can suggest a cheaper combination which does a good job as well?? my biggest lens at this moment is the 80-200ED. otehrs are prime lens.
