    It's looks over exposed on my monitor (number 1), but then again my monitor is not calibrated...yet

    Looks very similar to the Argiope aurantia. The stripes on the legs are different though, but the web looks the same. This and this are what is found in NC.

    BTW, not overexposed IMO.

    I think a bit of Levels adjustment would help alot. I'm thinking the photo is also a bit over exposed or lacking in contrast.

    ya this is straight out of the camera so i'm gonna' do some edititng.
