Goller Wash, Death Valley
superb shot! Definitely one of your best
Andy is saying it!
This is an absolute "WOW"-photo!
Everything was to your advantage. Colours, position of the sun, lines, waves of hills, i.e. your choice of POV, everything. It is great!
The light is a bit too harsh for my tastes, but the scene is fascinating. I can see what drew you to this place and motivated you to interpret it.
What I am only now seeing is how the thin clouds seem to reflect the lines on the ground! Another  point of this photo!
Great. Thanks LaFoto, Andy, Richard. Trying to learn something new.
Gotta agree, it definatly lends itself nicely to your high saturation style.
I love this, Great contrast in colours and some very interesting contours on the horizon !!
Thanks gizmo and deano.
I seem to do better like this if I'm out wandering and have plenty of time on my hands. This was taken on a 2 hour hike that turned into 6 hours.
