I've pretty much been on this forum all day long!

but that's what happens when you have an office job and nothing to do.

anyway.. now I'm home and trying to figure out GIMP. I'm horrible with computers. Anyway.. here's aaaannnoooother picture...

Is it a mosque? Or a church?

I like it, but there's a big street lamp in the foreground...

i thought the same about the streetlamp first, however, at the same time, i kind of like it, because it helps provide some depth for such a large building...but i dont like the shadow of the street lamp

looks like a mosque, or a greek orthadox church.. not sure..

    Thank you. :)

it is actually the fox theater in Atlanta.

I knew the lamp would be a problem for some.

I don't know why but I like it.

Excellent texture and lines; a good balance between the foreground and the sky. There's a bit of a black halo (too much sharpening?). Not too hip about the bush in the upper right corner.

    Nice image overall, though.

    Could be too much contrast?
My images will sometimes have that if I up the local contrast in LightZone.

But I'm failing to see the black halo?

I was there for a Verdi opera back in 1959.

Look at the bright side. You could be unemployed with nothing to do all day.
