Would be a wonderful shot, but seems a bit too soft. Could ya sharpen it up?

Agreed, nice shot, but needs sharpening, losing about half the sky, add a touch of saturation/contrast to bring out the colors, and it has lots of noise. Sorry to sound so negative, but it's so close to being really good.

I've done a few changes but it's difficult to remove the noise without distorting the whole image.

Much better! Now try downloading the Helicon Noise filter (free version), and start with a setting of about 20.
