Beach silhouette

    I saw these kids playing on the remains of the end of the pier at St Anne's, Lancashire, and thought the silhouette combined with the sunset sky might make a good image.

    Nice, I really like this one. Good color, and it's not a soft silhouette.

    Thankds for the kind comments Cyrus & Danny - your feedback is appreciated. The shot was taken hand-held with the lens at 300mm (no IS), but the backlighting gave 1/800 so it came out nice and sharp.

    Beautiful. The colors are great and the silhouette works so well for this shot!
