This is mother and Daughter, They have very different skin tones, although i never noticed Millie looking so yellowish in person, when you put her against her parents her skin tones are very yellow. Its happened each time ive taken her photos, and ONLY Millie.
How do I edit the photo better so that They dont look so different in Color?

Why would you want to? If that's her skin tone, that's her skin tone as long as your WB is correct, just leave it. Are you shooting a white card to calibrate your WB, or? Looking at the image however, I suspect the effect might be exacerbated by the fact that it's slightly over-exposed. Judging by the shadows, a diffuser image upper-left would have been a consideration.

You could always select one of the heads and change the color slightly with selective color or something like that.
