I recently grabbed this detail of a new metal clad building. It was a bit like a Nissen hut on steroids. (On my screen the combination of lines makes the image look like it isn't rectangular!)

Whoa, like Richard, that pic makes my eyes go buggy! But in a good way... love the lines.

Wow, well-spotted! I love the way the light falls on the curves.

I took this shot for the lines and curves, and didn't spot the optical illusion until after I'd processed it. It seemed a bit of a nuisance. However, after last night's mini-earthquake in the UK perhaps I could sell copies to anyone with leaning walls. Displayed in those circumstances it might look straight .

    Regards, Tony

Great shot. And yes, the lines within the frame want your eyes to make it look like its not rectangular.
