Beseler 67SD-XL Enlarger (Dichro Head)

I have the Beseler 67SD-XL Enlarger (Dichro Head). In looking at it again, I find that the Chassis is essentially the 23 CII. This has the Dichro 67S Lamphouse. What does on lose by essentially having a 23 CII, but with the 67S Dichro head vs. a Dichro head meant for the 23 CII. I may or may not keep this enlarger. If I do, the possibility of converting it to a full 23 CII with Dichro or even condenser head could be interesting.
