Best Songs of All Time

Clock Tower Parade by Two Steps from Hell.

Best. Song. EVER!!!

I know. Two Steps from Hell sounds like the name of a bad death metal band (yes, there are good death metal bands). However, they are movie trailer music production company, and really good too. Incredibly emotional and powerful.

Oh, and another one.

Dan Fogelberg: Leader of the Band.

Yeah, Dan Fogelberg. Not really who you think of in "best of all time" discussions, but this song always makes me think of my dad. Ever time I start to sing the lines "His gentle means of sculpting souls took me years to understand" and especially the refrain, "My life has been a poor attempt to imitate the man; I'm just a living legacy to the Leader of the Band" I start to tear up.

I'm tearing up now, in fact. Jeez, I miss my dad.

EDIT: So I had to go listen to it. And I totally forgot that last line, "And Papa, I don't think I said 'I love you' near enough." And now I'm just bawling like a baby. It's all good though. :D
