Best Zoom In Zoom Out settings without blur focusing!!!

Hi to all forum mates,

Please give the best settings of zoom in and out for my fuji finepix model f660exr or for nay digital camera that never gives blur view or goes out of focus while zooming in and out.

Please assist me with the right appropriate answer.

Best setting is to not zoom while taking the picture.

The zoom lens is designed to be set to a particular zoom point and then take the shot. Changing the zoom point while the shutter is open for the shot is a way of taking what I'd call a "Trick Shot". Not something I've played with more than once but some folks thinks it's fun????

Are shooting video?
If so look up 'follow focus'.
Follow focus is a manual focus technique that is accomplished on DSLR cameras with a follow focus accessory:

If you're shooting stills, with many zoom lenses if you first set focus at the far limit of the zoom lens (zoomed out), then turn off AF, when you manually zoom in and out the lens stays in focus regardless the lens focal length.

Unfortunately most lenses made today are varifocal, not parfocal.
