    I like it. The sidewalk/driveway looks kinda blue and blown out though

    OK, Please explain "blown out". I understand the toning down the blue.

    HELP!

    Your highlights (sidewalk) are too hot (bright)... you lost detail in them. Normally you would just underexpose a little, however, you've also lost detail in your shadows. So you shouldn't underexpose any more.

    I'm afraid to say that there's pretty much only one thing you can do with photos like these: recycle bin (unless you're going for extreme contrast...). And try again.:-(

    I agree with you on the interesting repetition in the bikes though... :D

    I tried again to reduce the "blowout".
    I'd appreciate some feedback since there are three of the same shot.

    is it still as blue as the second?

    This is photography not CG there will be blown out areas that is part of live, my subjection is to convert it to B&W and clam you’re a fan of the Zone system
