    I believe it might be an immature Yellow-crowned Night Heron. Great composition on this shot and the yellow/orange of the eye is very striking. It is slightly over-exposed, but one can still see how great of a find it must have been. Nice job

    I think that's a yellow eye sap sucker... oh wait, no, that would be a yellow belly sap sucker woodpecker. Nice shot !
