Some one please explain to me how this post has gone so long without a post!
First shot it a real eye grabber - the flower is not just wet its slick with water - an effect not often seen and the colours work really well!
I might prefer to see it a little brighter, though I can see how you have darkened the shot for that background effect.
That first seal and mother shot is not only very cute but also such a bright and sunny shot - very clear.
Second seal shot is a little noisy for ideal, but the mothers pose is very good!
and did you get the squirrels autograph by chance - or was he after yours?

Thank you for the kind words. The bird of paradise was actually shot at dusk in the middle of Tropical Storm Fay. I did shoot it with the background darkened because of the people and clutter.

I like the second "Mother & pup" a lot. Very nice shots.

Nice shots, all of them. I agree the mother and pup one is the best, due to pure sweetness, but the first one is also very nice color/compositionally speaking. :thumbup:
