Depends on what you want it to be.

Her view looks a little cut-off to me, and the contrast across her head seems a little low for my taste, but increasing it overall might completely blow out the background. However, she's cute, and I like her expression. Having her over to the left more would also show more of her face by parallax, but that's composition, not strictly "technical." But then again, what's "technical" in an art form?
