    Good shot!
    The detail is quite good.
    Voodoocat is correct in that it's definitely a female with the "patent leather" shiny black and the red "hourglass" underneath.
    The males are much smaller and a dirty brown color.

    It actually was in my friends garage. Which made the shot really really hard to take. It got just enough light from the outside on it to see it well, but I couldnt get the shutter speed on my camera any where above 1/8. So I took about 40 shots of the thing and 2 of them didnt come out blurry(since i had to hold the camera because the spider was too low for my tripod and too high for me to set the camera on the ground)
