Blowing up an image to y X 24ft. (yes Feet)

I did a bit more reading on the subject and it looks like 15 DPI is common for huge prints and billboards.

Even then, a 7lpi screen (you want two pixels per line) is probably overkill at 60 feet and 70mph.

But, this image is not likely a billboard.
