using ps is there a way to reduce some blur?

You can increase the contrast under image adjustments and/or use unsharp mask under filter, sharpen, unsharp mask. It may not fully help with "blurry" images. Try and get as sharp a shot as you can before you move to editing. Increase your shutter speed or use a tripod if you can.
