i love that city, so many days and even more nights i spent there!
these photos well capture its daylight cityscape beauty. you did a good job with these snaps.
i particularly like the last one, tho it doesn't have much to do with bologna itself, while number 3 is a perfect traveller's shoot, that captures lots of the city, with the two landmark leaning towers and the tram wires. beautiful.

Thanks! Actually, the last one is in the Ferrara train station on the way to Bologna ...

I have a bunch more Bologna pix, but it is a slow process. I loved the city and wish I had more time there -- only had a couple of days.

been to ferrara too? although i have few friends there i've never been in town but is supposedly beautiful, especially its old square, piazza castello.
