I'm looking for some good books to read.
What are some of your favorites or ones you recommend?

I just finnished reading Mastering Digital Slr Photography by David Busch. It was very informative. It has a large section on lighting and people phtography, as well as landscapes and macro photography. It isn't the most in-depth book but it does cover alot of ground.

One that I saw suggested on here was "Understanding Exposure" by Bryan Peterson and I got it and was quite good.I got the revised edition in paperback.Have an extra copy if ya need one BTW.

I Bought "Understanding Exposure" by Bryan Peterson as well as The Digital Photogaphy Book by Scott Kelby. Both great books.

unless you're outrageously cheaper, I'll probably just get it from amazon.ca

Thanks for the other two recommendations.. I have heard good things about both of those books (understanding exposure and The Digital Photography book)

The Creative Photographer: A Complete Guide to Photography, by John Ingledew
