I regret to announce that due to a lack of interest in this contest for quite a few weeks now, and a lot of single submission weeks, I am putting this contest on hold. That doesn't mean it can't come back, it just means that for now, this sub-forum will be focused on the weekly Fight Club contest.

Thank you everyone who played BT for the past year!

I would like to see it come back in the winter, I find that there is too much going on in the summer to spend much time on forums.

I would enjoy seeing this back as well seeing as how I only shoot film.

Hmm...that's really a special case. The reason BT started in the first place was so that the people who couldn't make FC at that time could still play a contest. I'd really like to just keep going with FC in the future, so that we don't divide the playing group.

I'd be glad to make a film version of the rules, but I'd need to talk to a film specialist (Hi Terri!) to see what a good time frame would be. I'll keep this thread updated.

A film version of any of the contests would be really cool, and I would certainly try my best to play. Although, I'm skeptical that there would be enough participation to justify it. I'm not a film-only shooter, and I tend to be pretty picky with "spending" my film, so I kind of wonder what I'd do if I had shot 10-15 frames for a contest and then had a few more to shoot, or waste, just to finish a roll develop them for the contest. I think there are a lot of considerations that would have to go into such a contest.

To those who are interested in a film modification for Fight Club: Do you develop and scan your own film? I'm trying to work out a reasonable time frame.
