If you take the pics with your equipment and you're not getting paid for them then it's my guess you own them so post away!

In this situation you can't use the photos to make money or let anyone else use them to make money without the consent of the people that hired you or of Chris Eubanks.
You do however own the intellectual copyright so you can use the pictures to promote yourself and your services or use them in exhibitions for the same purpose without their consent. Just give them a credit.

Well we have model release forms....but they emaild me telling me I cant re use them...but like you say for non profit I think I can! :D

What I have quoted is the legal interpretation of the UK copyright laws.
The important thing is to give them a credit eg: picures © (their name) 2004.
If you wish to have them published in a book or in a picture library you would need their permission.
If, however, someone was publishing a compilation - say a catalogue of photographers - and they wanted to use one of your pictures to represent you, then that would be alright but it would be courteous to inform the copyright holders.
Our American chums call it 'fair use'.
If you are still concerned or confused I can give you the name of a lovely firm of solicitors in London who specialise in representing artists - their offices are built around a gallery that holds regular exhibitions of clients' work - who might give you some free advice.

Hay guys guess what!? A newspaper contacted the lady I did the work for!!! My pics are going to be in the newspapers!

Thanks! Well Im not sure which newspapers my pics will be in, but I will the moment I get the answer, thanks for the support guys!

Ohh, I just got to this. That's really, very cool. I am a huge fan of boxing, (even a boxer myself!) so that's really something. Congrats about the newspaper, well done!
