Bracketing issue

hey guys rookie question over here...

Recently I have been ditching the graduated filter and trying to bracket and stacking shots in Lightroom....
Normally with a filter I would take a reading of foreground than another reading of the sky and figured out wich grad to go with....

Lately with stacking I go into aperture mode for a quick reading than switch to manual and use those setting for first shot than I'll either use 3 or 5 bracketing shots...

Problem is that when I come to Lightroom I find the foreground being really dark and noisy...
can anyone help me trouble shoot this issue?

Check your exif data. See what the settings are between shots.

If you include first, last and a middle shot with exif data it would be easier to answer the questions.
