Brand New Butterfly

I saw this butterfly this morning as I was getting in my car. All I had to record the sighting was my iPhone 6, but I'm glad I had it. The butterfly was staying in one small area in my neighbor's garden and looked like it was drying its wings. I'm told it is an Eastern Tiger Swallowtail.
