Breakfast...what is that?

Well, if I do manage in the mornings to grab something:
Fruit Salad, Iced Milk Tea and Luncheon Meat / Scrambled Egg Sandwich

Breakfast was a ritual for me up until about 10 years ago...then I stopped having breakfast. A cup of coffee in the morning would last me most days until dinner-7pm.

In the last 2 months, I still do not catch breakfast, but will stop for lunch.


BTW:
I wore a size 32 waist pants for 32 years after college, this past year I am now in a 33..........

Homemade-- bisquits and country style suasage gravy, eggs and Bacon! ..and Coffee! Mmm. Or...when I don't have time to cook...Toasted Bagel with cream cheese ( and when I have it , thin sliced smoked salmon!).."Bagels & Locks."
