Bridal Shoot

Just recently getting back into photography after having not picked up a camera since pre-digital days. This was shot with Canon Digital Rebel XT, my first use of D-SLR. Client chose B&W for paper announcement and color for framing. Which do you prefer, B&W or Color version. Would appreciate all C&C, negative and positive. I'm aware of a few things in the photo. Light switch on the right of door .. light showing through glass panels on left side ... blow out on bride's dress. Thanks !

Unfortunately your first photo is not showing. As far as the second I love it. I would maybe have shot it -.5 to -1 stop because your highlights are a little bright especially in her dress.

I love the second picture (the first isn't showing). Although I agree with theoryblue, and I might try tweaking the levels a bit in your post-processing program (try to say that five times fast...) to darken the highlights a bit.

Thanks for the feedback. THis was my first bridal in quite some time and as luck would have it, a storm was moving in, so we had about 10 minutes to shoot a couple of dozen shots.
