Not quite as strong a composition as the blue door I don't think, but I'd be very happy with it all the same. You can almost feel the texture of the wall
 
I agree; I think that the texture really makes this picture.
 
I liked this because of the dark, mysterious. almost 'hooded' look of the doorway and window.

They may be entrances to the interior but there is no hint of what you will see.
 
Nice detail.
