I tried to adjust it but something still does not look right. what do you think and if you want please show me what I could have done better.

I like this a lot. I think the main problems are the foot and beach towel (?) in the background. They're rather distracting. Looks like you got the focus just right on his eyes, which is critical. Overall, I think this is a very good shot with nice colors, focus and composition.

I'm just a beginner, but there ya go, for what it's worth. Nice shot!

I agree I think everything looks good but the foot and towel, it distracted me also. Maybe you could crop it some.

This is what a little cropping and slight contrast Post processing can do.
Oh also I cloned out part of the foot at the top (I did this quickly so its not the neatest clone job ever)
