#1 would be my choice, it has more of a 'junkyard'-feeling to it (there's more background). Nice dog, nice photo's.
He's right... I change what I said... #1 is better now that I look at it that way. Good job.
#1, it's one of those shots where having a setting helps the shot by telling a story.
