    Something tells me that the butterfly photos as presented here have not yet taken out all they can with regards to colours and contrasts. And I think that it is particularly butterflies that want to show in all their colourful beauty.

    But hey, I do like the photo of the owl in flight!!!!

    And that parrot is nice! Very close up!
    Must be your pet parrot!? The feathers around its beak look so fluffy as if he were a soft toy :D.

    the 2nd butterfly is very washed out in real life but I'll see what I can do in CS2 later and will have a play with the first one again but it is just pale see through blue IRL

    Nah not mine it was in a cage at the butterfly park :lol:

    A wonderful set of shots, the macro of the butterfly shows great detail and has good shallow dof. The Owl in flight is my favourite though, it is just amazing.

    Great pics. And the owl shot is wicked. Looks like an eagle owl, magnificant birds. Huge wings.....bit cranky though
