Butterflies with the Canon 30D

    Went to a local hillpark to practice on the Canon yesterday. Both shots taken with the 70-300mm Sigma DG Macro lens with fill flash from Canon 420EX and omnibounce. Captured in large JPEG format. RAW format from this camera not recognise by PSCS2 at the moment.

    The Copper Flash is shot at 1/250, f13, with ISO 320.

    This Scarce Silverstreak is at 1/250, f10, ISO500.

    very cool shots! PSCS2 will run your raw format, there is a plug-in on the adobe website for your cam.

    Thanks JTH. Unfortunately the RAW format of this camera is too new and Adobe has not posted an update for it.

    Great captures. The sharpness is right on, as well as the DOF is right on target. Nice work.
