By god i think ive got it!!

For the best HDR shots, you need areas of very high contrast. Very dark shadows and very bright lighting in the same scene. The images your producing appear to be composed so that the camera could easily capture all the range with a single exposure. Try finding a situation in which you have nearly black shadows and a bright light source - it will make for much more dramatic HDR shots.

But, you appear to have the process of compositing those images back together down pat, so now it's just a matter of finding the right subject matter and you're all set!
