C&C for a newbie

I finally got an SLR :lmao:and wanted to get some feedback on some pics. Please let me know what you think and how I could improve.

for #1 i would say get down at her level and shoot
#2 i think is great the way it is
#3 i would say position the camera and girl somewhere else so that the distant house, tree, box, and bucket aren't there. just do like a grassy field and trees

I am also a beginner, but I will give it a shot. I love the second shot. The colors are beautiful and the background makes the flower stand out. The first one to me seems to have a little too much space above her head. On the third, I would zoom in closer or shoot at another angle to avoid the distracting landscape boxes.
