C&C - Playing with my new camera

[Negative ISO]

Cropped a bit, and slight exposure adjustment in PP. I suspect my fascination with this shot may be due to the "new camera smell" more than anything. Thoughts?

It's a good shot from a technical standpoint. Good exposure, focus. But the subject is a bit bland.

What time of day was it?! 1/25 shutter, 5.6 aperture, and 800 ISO?! Must have been at or past sundown?

Shot at 7:42PM, but this is the land of the midnight sun... Unfortunately it has been cloudy and rainy all darn summer. Normally 7PM would have been as good a time as 2PM. Darned weather.
