It is not often Amazon.com has deals on camera equipment, so when I spotted this I figured I had better share!

There aren't any reviews on it but it looks kind of neat, for a shoulder bag at least.

Not sure what yall think about Tamron Lenses but they have mail in rebates one of the 200-500mms is 53% off.

That Tamaron lens is tempting as far as range goes.

This would mesh nicely with my current kit if it has a decent IQ.

Canon T1i, EF-s 18-55mm IS kit lens, EF-s 55-250mm IS kit lens, Canon EF 50mm f/1.4, Canon EF 28mm f/1.8, Canon EF 28-135 f/3.5-5.6 IS, Canon 17-55mm f/2.8 IS, Canon 70-200 f/2.8 IS, Canon 1.4x TC.

For less than $1k, this Tamaron would allow me to reach out a lot farther than my current 70-200 f/2.8 w/ 1.4x TC (280mm f/4 on my crop from with a 35mm equiv of 450mm) to a 320-800 mm zoom (35mm equiv) @ f/6.5. Sure that might be "slow" by most photographer's standard's.....I think I could be happy with the sacrifice of zoom over speed.

I'm about to jump all over buying this lens. @ 50+% off on Adorama, I would feel like a fool if I didn't jump on this otherwise lack-luster telephoto lens.

It seems like a must-have for the camera bag considering the price.

After reading my previous post, it's evident to me that I need to rid myself of my EF-s 18-55mm IS lens and my EF-s 55-250mm IS lens.

I should also consider selling my 28-135mm IS lens. I had planned on using this lens on my back-up camera, but I think I have enough L-series lenses to justify just getting rid of my crappy kit lenses.
