Cameras in movies

What kinds of cameras do these characters use in the movies?

• In the movie Blow Up the protagonist has a medium format camera in his studio. He uses a 35mm to take the picture that is the subject of the film.
• In The Godfather the wedding photog is using a press camera. The FBI man is using a similar camera which Sonny smashes.
• Jimmy Olsen in the 1950s TV series Adventures of Superman and in the 1978 movie?
• Rafter Man's camera in Full Metal Jacket.

Jimmy Olsen had a Speed Graphic in the TV series didn't he? Seems like he had a Nikon F in the movie but it's been a long time for both.

I can't speak to the specific movies, but from my own observations 90% of the cameras you see in movies are either graflex press cameras and nikon slrs. Which ones depend on the date/period of the movie.

00's = Nikon f5 or digital SLR
90's = Nikon f4
80's = Nikon f2 or f3
60's and 70's = Nikon F
