Can I take professional photos with an entry level camera?

I have a Canon T4i, but not too happy with the image quality and results. I'm being told I need a full frame sensor to take professional photos, but I've seen many pro photographers using cropped sensor cameras, even entry level cameras, and their pics look amazing.....

I noticed in this behind the scenes video, the photographer is using a Canon 60D (same sensor as my camera), the pics look amazing. What am I doing wrong?
