Canon 580 Sync Cord adapter

Where would be the best place to go to get a couple of these to fit the 580 and other flashes that do not have the correct plug to be synced to PW or Skyports?

I'm thinking about splurging on some skyports and would require them to trigger an old Canon flash, Canon 580EX, and a Nikon SB-28. The SB-28 has a plug though.

I don't get down to the camera stores as often as I like, but provided I have some time I might swing by to see what, or if they stock something like this.

Edit: One last question. Is it a PC cord plug that I require for a PW or Skyport, or is it the audio jack looking plug? They seem to mostly be PC cords, but just want to make sure.

I think the PW use a 1/8" Tip/sleeve connector, aka: 1/8" mono phone plug, aka: 1/8" mini plug, aka: 3.5mm mono plug, basically the connector on most headphones without the ring contact, and most of the hot shoe adapters use PC connectors.
