Is it the lens that makes the camera cost so much? Sure is a cool little camera though, wish I could afford it.

Canon 7's on Keh.com are under 200 bucks, ebay seems to range from $50- $800.. i guess it depends on the condition. 200 bucks is a lot of cash for me too, but considering what you're getting, it's cheap. The Canon rangefinders use a Leica screw mount, pre-M3 days, but still nice lenses from what i've seen. (haven't used any personally )

I think he means with the f/0.95 lens. Those do get pricey.

Lens is interchangeable..

the 50mm 0.95 is a well known lens for speed but not for sharpness. The 50mm f/0.95 is worth more than the 7s body.

Another camera I would like to get is used Canon F1, I saw on ebay someone is selling brand new ones for $776:shock:

If you are looking for a user, don't look for new or mint. Those high prices are due to the demand of the collector's market. Look for operational mild used ones for under $300.

I've seen somewhere (sry idk where) where they are only about $130 - $150 used!
