Canon autofocus problem

What's the latest on the autofocus problems of the latest Canon 1D Mark III and 1DsMark III? Have they been solved? Is it a firmware fix problem?

I hate to be mr grumpy here, but are you serious? This problem was resolved shortly after its release. I mean Canon may have been called the new Microsoft by some, but give them some credit to fixing their flagship product. (and this from a Nikonian)
