Photos NOT OK to edit
I'm not much for brand loyalty (I have a NikonD50 and a Canon Powershot point-and-shoot currently).. I'm very interested in going into Film Photography.

I have two options- the canon 3000n and the nikon n50/f50, they are both used.

The advantage I currently have going for the N50/F50 is that I can probably use my old Nikkor lens on it, but the 3000N seems like an excellent buy too.

Does anyone have any experience with these?

If you have a Nikon DSLR, get the Nikon film SLR...that way you will have lens compatibility.

A film camera is really just a box to hold the film and the lens, so there isn't a lot of difference between brands etc.

I recommended you about canon eos 300N. It is a great.
