Canon Ixus 850 vs WHAT ?

Hello.I am new here.I am from Greece.
I would like to buy a digital camera.
Compact size.

I was about to buy Canon Ixus 850 IS but someone told me that the Fuji f31fd is better.

What do you have to say about this?

Do you have any other camera to suggest?

I am not a photo expert so I will have it in auto mode most of the time.

I would like to record video with the camera so I would like to have 30fps.
