Sounds like a fair price to me...

Not too bad at all. If I am not mistaken, the price for that lens is $70 to $80 in Adorama.

    I personally would keep shopping...

    * For an $99 you can get a slightly higher end film camera on the used market. Ever since digital, the used market is flooded with film cameras at wonderful prices
    * If on a budget, I do not like Canon EF cameras. They are not backwards compatible with any of their previous FD mount manual lenses. There is a world of inexpensive, high quality, manual focus, glass out there. Canon EF bodies make it difficult to tap it.
    * I personally love the feel and quality of the older film cameras in my hands.
