Mine comes with the battery grip, extra battery, a USM lens (not cheap kit lens), bag and SD card. $1300 worth of stuff still under factory warranty with no sales tax... for $1000 net to me.

The big different is that you'll have a nicer lens... The ones on the costco ad are very basic plastic lenses. You'll find youself upgrading pretty quick as lenses make a world of difference. There is a reason the cheap lens is on the entry level cameras and the pro level cameras come with this one.
