They have a starter pack out for around $70-$100 and I was wondering what you guys thought about it, good deal or no?

    http://www.compusa.com/adproducts/product_info.asp?product_code=319894
That's the listing at comp usa

It comes with a Canon case, battery, and uz haze filter.

The case and battery and two things that I want, filter I already have one but an extra can't hurt for when I get more lenses.

So basically do you think it would be worth it to go down this road or do you think a case and battery seperate would be a better deal?

Doesn't seem like an extraordinary deal to me....but it doesn't look like a rip off either.

I'd suggest getting batteries from www.sterlingtek.com
