ok I am beginning to lose my mind ...... I upload from Canon camera to laptop and no matter what it always goes straight to Zoom Browser or whatever it's called ..... AGGGHGGHHHHHHH

Can I stop it ?

I have the same problem, so I have started using zoom browser to sort my pics and then edit them in nother program. Mind you I only have the programs that came with my camera, other programs may sort better. You may be able to uninstall the one part of zoom browser.

Connect the camera, then once Zoombrowser has started etc. close it.

go Start > My Computer

Find the camera - it should show as a drive, right click on it and choose Autoplay.

From the list select what you want the default to be, click the remember this or whatever checkbox and your problem should be sorted - hopefully
