Cast-iron seating

    This ornate metal seating - all scrolls and dolphins - on the Central Pier, Blackpool, dates from 1868. It's about ready for its spring clean and the arrival of the new season's tourists.

    Thanks Sean, Taken this afternoon using the 40-150. It wasn't comfortable at all :wink:.

    Ah. the good ol' 40-150. That lens takes great pictures for a kit lens. I like the DOF this lens provides, it always seems to be perfect for nature photography! :mrgreen:

    I tried a B&W version Chris - just about the only thing that changed was the blue of the seat. Sean, the original 40-150 has got to be one of the best lens bargains around. Apparently the new version is good too, but not as bright of course.
