    Looks like hell-fire and damnation - the start of the firework display behind Ely Cathedral - exposed for the lantern Tower about 2+ miles away from my garden. I was set up with tripod, coffee and pipe to enjoy the show - posted another shot shortly after it ended Saturday evening.

    Adjust your focus on the cathedral. I also would have liked a longer exposure to brighten up a few details in the lower part of the frame as well as to actually get some fireworks in the shot.

    The Octagon central tower of the cathedral is about 2 miles away with slight mist and a fairly long exposure. If any longer exposure is used then the tower is burnt out as you will see below.
