Obviously a little heavy on the photoshop. All C&C welcome:
I love it! If you don't mind me asking...what did you do to get those effects?
In ACR, dropped the exposure to nothing and pretty much everything except saturation to max. Then adjusted exposure up and fill/saturation until it gave the desired effects.
In Photoshop, adjusted curves a bit and healed/cloned out bits (there were some blown out regions that needed work), then did a pass on a separate layer with a diffuse glow. Masked that in and faded it until I got it where I wanted it.
On another layer, did a fairly heavily feathered selection of the nose/eyes region and lightened it a bit, then did some additional layers where I masked out those sections and blended with multiplies as well as desaturated everything but the nose/face region.
Last bit was to do some work with the eyes to get them less hazy.
And finally, sharpen, etc.
Wow! I guess I still have a lot to learn LOL! I have been taking the online tutorials, but they never showed anything like that! Good job
I love it!
I think it looks perfect the way it is
and thanks for sharing your technique!
