A bit naughty, but its after the watershead, no?

Nos 3 and 5 natural light Shutter priority 1/125s 400asa, the others are ring flash, manual f:12 1/125s, the last one has had a bit of sharpening in PS (and for some reason it also had its wing clipped in PS, i must get round to changing that).

Thanks for looking

tim

do you know that it is not very healthy to be disturbed during such acts? :p I hope you was not disturbing them :p

To mentos and thefinisher: :banghead:

They are great shots though.

Wow. These are all good, but the first I like best of all as to composition, and the second with regards to detail.

You should add a little NWS*-warning to your title (;)). I mean ... pure pornography on here ;).

*not work safe

Wonderful captures...love the detail in the wings!

I Agree with Corinna.... Nice job!

Well i can only say thankyou for such a nice reception for these shots :). its very encouraging. Some of you are very naughty though, how can you possibly think that they were disturbed when doing the shoot, all involved were concenting adults that signed a contract first, of course, no ether or freezers were used and no animals were hurt in the production :greenpbl:  :lmao: .

Mihai, The lense is a 105 sigma macro, the body is a konica minolta 5d, not the best in the world but easy to take loads of pics to pic a nice one out of :).

tsienni how do you mean zen, and how much of the bottom should i crop? Normally i keep the aspect ratio the same on cropping but in this case it would mean loosing some legs?

tim

Oj, sorry, sorry, I saw just now you left the numbers actually below the images.

So I really meant #5 and thought about cropping a tad bit so that it could draw more attention to the subjects. Zen, that's kind of unspeakable. Never mind, these photos are well done, in sharp focus and with great colors. Jättebra!
